The sailing studio was founded in 2011 by sailmaker, design engineer, yachtswoman and simply beautiful Elena Bronskaya. Having made her first sailing trip on a yacht, Lena left her office job and got a job in a sailing workshop. Successfully working on sewing and repairing sails, Lena became concerned about the fate of the sails that had served their time.
This is how the idea arose to make a collection of classic bags for yachtsmen from well-worn canvas under the BR-L brand. In 2012, the studio settled in the Hercules yacht port. in two sea containers, converted into a workshop, office and showroom.
The first Classic Week collection from classic dacron, which has passed through seas and oceans, took part
in the international competition for young designers, the Admiralty Needle, participated in thematic exhibitions and was greeted with love by Russian and foreign yachtsmen at various maritime festivals and sports competitions. So gradually, between repairing sails and sewing bags and covers for yachts, 2 more collections were born: BR-L and Story No. (READ MORE...) .
At the Sailing Studio we sew bags, cases and accessories from both old and new sails. The materials we work with – This is classic Dacron, sailing laminate based on Kevlar and carbon, as well as various fabrics and materials that are used to equip yachts. The design depends on inspiration and wind direction.
