Returns and exchanges


We try to do our work conscientiously and strictly monitor the quality of our products. By law, the warranty period – 40 days, we are ready to offer warranty service for up to 6 months! If a hidden defect is discovered during this period, we will repair the product at our own expense. If you encounter any problems with the product, just write to us at and we will promptly solve the problem individually!

The warranty covers everything that is not associated with wear: fittings, seams and adhesive connections. Products damaged as a result of wear or misuse are not covered by the warranty, but, if technically possible, we are ready to accept such products for non-warranty repairs. After the warranty period has expired, you can always contact us with any questions related to the product - we will be happy to help you!

Exchange and return of goods of good quality

You have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product's presentation and all its consumer properties are fully intact. After we receive the goods, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return of defective goods

All of our products are produced in limited editions and undergo careful quality control, so the likelihood of a defect is very low, but we are obliged to provide for this: if a defect is detected, immediately write to us at, if possible attaching photographs of defects. You can report any defects in the product (with the exception of hidden defects covered under warranty) within 14 days. If the product is confirmed to be defective, shipping in both directions will be refunded in full.
